Shipping

Orders placed and paid for until 4 p.m. will be shipped in the morning of the following day and delivered within 72 business hours, unless problems otherwise unrelated to CACIA happen.

In case of any error or missing information in the delivery address, the customer will be immediately contacted and given five days to reply. If the customer doesn’t reply within this period, CACIA reserves the right to cancel the order and the respective payment.

When the order is shipped the customer will receive a confirmation email with the delivery data, as well as a link to track the order online. This information may take a few hours to become available.

Orders for Portugal will be delivered by CTT and international orders by DPD. The carriers will provide the above-mentioned tracking system, allowing the customer to monitor his order live until its delivery.



Parcel Shipping

Together with you, CACIA wants to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. For that reason, upon delivery, we ask you to:

1 – Check if the boxes are damaged or open.

2 - Check if the number of items matches the placed order.

3 – Check if the box or package was compromised in any way.

In case any of these happen, fill that information in the carrier’s form and let us know so we can solve the issue.

 

5. EXTRA COMMUNITY SHIPMENTS (UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA, JAPAN)

 


Extra-community shipments are subject to a random process of choice for inspection at customs, and customs fees may be imposed on the importer.

 

 

   5.1 Can imported goods be held at customs?


Yes, if they do not comply with any of the requirements required by local regulations or due to lack of payment, by the importer, of taxes and/or customs fees that are due.
